BSI DP0008 Legal admissibility of digital images
The risk undertaken when destroying original documents subsequent to their being scanned and stored on an EDM system is the potential of a challenge to the authenticity of the electronic ‘copy’. Where copies of documents are used as evidence in court (or in any other circumstance), it may be necessary to be able to demonstrate their authenticity. The recommendations contained in the Code of Practice are designed to make this proof of authenticity straightforward to achieve. branch profile - Fishguard

The sun recently set on thecabinetoffice’s first year of operation in southwest Wales. The branch in Goodwick, is just a stones throw away from the Stena Fishguard to Rosslaire ferry port and has a daily train service to London, It’s been a challenging year for our local manager Carys Evans, “One of our early customers was an accountancy practice relocating their business locally, we have made good progress during our first year developing a local client base including law firms and NFU offices across south Wales; it’s been a challenge but I’ve still managed to find the time to continue to play the Harp.” Carys has just finished recording a tribute to Princess Diana with the Welsh male choir which is being distributed across the UK by Tesco supermarkets.
